This Sentinus workshop brings game design and coding through Microsoft MakeCode Arcade, using Kitronik Arcade consoles and BBC micro:bit devices, into the classroom. Pupils design and build their own playable video games, learning how coding is used in the world of technology and entertainment.

The workshop blends digital skills with creativity, helping pupils explore science (electronics, sensors), technology (coding, game mechanics), engineering (designing & testing systems), and maths (logic, coordinates, probability). By the end of the workshop, pupils will have created their own unique game and tested it on real handheld consoles — linking digital skills with problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.
