Inspiring the next generation

Sentinus aim to develop and empower individuals with science, technology, engineering, maths (STEM) and digital skills by increasing accessibility and fostering collaboration among schools, industry, and local communities.

Engaging 40,000 young people annually in STEM and Digital Skills programmes across primary and post primary schools Sentinus have an established reputation and are renowned for the hands-on practical approach to education in the classroom.

Our STEM and Digital skills workshops are tailored to  the curriculum, and a programme of activity can be codesigned with the  coordinator or teachers involved within the shared education programme.

STEM Workshops

A full day of STEM activities on a topic of your  choice, approximately 60 pupils in session: get in touch to develop a bespoke  programme that suits all participating schools: topics include: Bridges &  Structures / Flight / Moveable Toys / Renewable Energy

Digital Skills Workshops

A full day of Digital Skills activities on a topic of your choice, approximately 60 pupils in session: get in touch to develop a bespoke programme that suits all participating schools: topics include: Robotics / BBC Microbit / MakeCode Arcade

Staff CPD Workshops

Bring together teachers from all schools on the  programme for a half day or full day CPD session that can be tailored across  KS1 and/or KS2.  The focus of our CPD sessions is developing STEM in the  WAU topics.  Introducing practical tips and ideas to generate enthusiasm  for STEM in the primary curriculum, hands on activities that can create  excitement and fun in the classroom for all.

Parent and Family Evening Workshops

For years Sentinus have been engaging with schools to deliver STEM and Digital Skills challenges afterschool or in the evening time to encourage parents to attend with children and other family members,  These evening workshops are a great way of bringing the community together in the school.  Why not invite other schools/communities to join?
